Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-03
These terms govern your use of the Fanfare website and app, provided by Fanfare (“Fanfare”, “we”, “us”). If you use the app on behalf of a business, you accept these terms for that business. If a signed agreement between your business and us conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
The service
Fanfare manages and measures Meta advertising for businesses. Access to the app is by invitation. Features may change as we improve the service.
Your accounts and responsibilities
- Your business owns its Meta ad account, Page, Instagram account and pixel, and pays Meta for advertising directly. You grant us access through Meta’s partner tools and may remove it at any time.
- You are responsible for your ads’ content and for complying with Meta’s policies and applicable law.
- If you install our tracking tag or send us customer data, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for giving any notices and obtaining any consents your laws require.
- Keep your login secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
Fees
Our fees are set out in your agreement or order with us. Advertising spend is billed to you by Meta.
Meta
The service depends on Meta’s platforms and APIs, which Meta controls and may change, limit or suspend. We are not responsible for Meta’s decisions, including ad rejections, account restrictions or changes to its products.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any level of performance, sales or return on ad spend.
Your data and ours
You keep ownership of your business’s data. You allow us to use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep ownership of the Fanfare software and service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers’ data, to disrupt the service, or to use it for unlawful advertising.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the service
Either side may stop using the service as set out in your agreement. When it ends, we stop accessing your Meta assets and delete your data on request, except where law requires us to keep records.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we are organized.
